We are pleased to present this newly reformed, frontline beach bungalow situated in the quaint Murcian coastal town of Los Urrutias on the Mar Menor. The property was originally built in 1978, however, has recently been reformed and brought into the 21st century. The light and airy living room combines the newly fitted American kitchen which comes complete with brand new white goods into one space. The property has two bedrooms which both come fully furnished with beds and storage and a family shower room. There is also a huge rooftop solarium with breathtaking views of the Mar Menor and La Manga which can be accessed through a spiral staircase from the internal courtyard which also houses the washing machine and electric boiler.Los Urrutias is a small seaside resort town on the shores of the Mar Menor, Murcia. Los Urrutias lies close to the north-eastern corner of the large municipality of Cartagena, not far from the boundary with Los Alcázares , and is one of the many popular beach resorts on the inland shore of Europe’s largest saltwater lagoon. The main attraction of Los Urrutias is still the long sandy beach, with the warm water of the Mar Menor ensuring that it is possible to swim in the sea practically all year round. There are hardly any waves in the lagoon, and the normally strong prevailing breeze makes the area ideal for those practicing or learning many water sports: the marina of Los Urrutias is one of nine in the Mar Menor. As is the case with most of the towns on this coastline, the atmosphere still retains a certain element of its slightly old-world charm.
